PROFESSIONAL TRAINING / GUEST LECTURE TOPICS

| Members of the
CVA team have offered training at various state and federal capital
defense seminars. These venues are used to help assist people engaged
in the defense of people charged with criminal offenses. What follows
below are some of the previous papers and instructions offered by
CVA staff at recent state and national training workshops and gatherings
of defense and mitigation specialists. Importantly, CVA continues
to revisit prior training papers and sessions with more recent “real
life” examples, as well as legal and research developments.
At the same time, collaborations among research staff and practitioners
help to generate papers on additional topics and sessions for future
instructional forums. |
